This is absoluty stunning. I love how you did the shading. The scars on his back look like he just got attacked. His eyes are brilliantly done, they're almost looking at me o.o xD
He looks like a ruffled kittypet. Anyone think so? I mean, the collar. But the collar IS spiked, so scratch that with a pair of claws.

One of the teeth in his collar is bent, or chipped off in some sort. I love it though, it matches him more perfectly

Bone almost looks like Scourge. Without the scars.

You did really, really good!

Well, I think I shall start out with the anatomy. I really do like the proportion of the feline, and you seem to get the slope of the back and spine well-placed. However, I think you may need to do a little work on the two legs being shown the most. The raised paw looks fine, but the two that the viewer can see the most are off proportion. The front leg is way too thick, and I think you could size it down a bit. Also, hind legs while the cat is sitting do not arch up like that. I would suggest looking at a photo of a feline sitting to get accustomed to seeing how a hind leg should go. The upper half of the feline looks nice, but you may need to work on the lower half. I do not mean to sound harsh, though! The picture is still pretty good. People can only get excellent at anatomy through arduous practice, but do not let that deter you. You seem to be heading on the correct path.

Now, for the background, it does look pretty nice. The sunset is a really nice touch, and it makes the picture have a radiant blaze to it. However, I think you used a little too much blur on the setting. Just use less blur, and I think you will have a truly amazing picture. Keep up the great work!
